WebLink SEO allows you to send either a hand-written email, or you can use a pre-defined template. By using email templates it is possible to send hundreds of emails effortlessly, but still customize each email for the recipient's website. You can create an unlimited number of email templates so that you are not limited in the variety of templates you create.

These templates are composed in HTML and use variables to include information in the email, e.g. the location of the link on your website. Because the emails are sent in HTML format you can design the email templates to look exactly how you want, including adding graphics.
